Introduction

To design BEEs Club Structure, the image of a bee has been considered as the basis because Excellence Experts have a similar function to bees, since they develop excellence culture using their experiences and specialty by mingling necessary data and capabilities of different companies. Moreover, bees are a symbol of group working with definite goals and have always been a stereotype for communication, coordination, solving problems, taking responsibility, etc. it is expected that in this club such virtues are as well observed.

Foundation

since there have been a variety of assumptions from Business Excellence concepts and related models, and since there has been a necessity to organize and arrange such concepts among all Islamic countries, which would facilitate extent collaboration among business excellence experts. Furthermore, Muslim Excellence Competitiveness and Corporations Award needs to have a strong scientific and experimental support.

Club Management

MECCAward Experts Committee is club’s Board of Management which will declare and define essential conditions for assigning members and setting general assemblies, when members reach a minimum of 200 companies .

• Communicating latest technical and scientific advances concerning members’ business excellence.
• Holding professional seminars and training courses to develop members’ business excellence knowledge and experience.
• Developing an Database from best practices among members
• Promote modeling with the aim of improving members’ modeling concept which includes transfer of knowledge among other professional clubs.
• Offering research services in order to improve members’ business excellence strategies, techniques and methodologies.
• Promote excellence culture among Islamic countries through advertisement, publications of books, journals and brochures.
• Rearranging experimental studies and researches concerning effective development of quality awards
